2025 Okada OMG Mechanical Grapples OMG130-LT

The grapple attaches to excavators ranging from 11-15 tonne carrier weight category. Grapple ranges overlap in relation to duty cycle, weight, and the excavator they mount on. Example, our OMG130-LT is extreme heavy-duty for 11 tonne excavators but standard–duty for 15 tonne excavators. The grapple has a 4 and 3 tine jaw arrangement, this design is for efficient gripping and handling of materials , allowing dust and fines to pass through without larger pieces getting caught or wedged. This attachment is an ideal tool for professionals working within the materials handling, forestry and recycling industries. Our grapple is commonly used in activities such as lifting, loading, sorting, grabbing, positioning, selecting and compacting. Our grapple package consists of hangers specifically designed to suit your excavator pick-up, a stay-arm and weld-on bracket.

• Our Mechanical Grapple is the ideal excavator attachment for land clearance, skip sorting and general forestry work. It is also well suited for the secondary processing of various materials by grabbing and placing, sorting, raking, loading and unloading loose materials including wood, steel, brick, stone and large rocks.

• This grapple will attach to a quick coupler or direct mount onto your excavator. The grapple requires an anchoring bracket to be welded onto the under side of the dipper of the excavator.

• The functionality of the grapple utilises the crowding action of the bucket hydraulic cylinder on your excavator. The hydraulic motion in unison with the anchor point on the dipper articulates both jaws in an even and controlled manner. This design is a key feature increasing functionality and ease of use.

• Our grapple is 100% mechanical, no hydraulics are required.
