PERFORMANCE
VARIABLE POWER CONTROLThe HX series introduces variable power control with three power modes to ensure the highest performance in any operating environment. P (power mode) maximizes speed and power for heavy work. S (standard mode) optimizes performance and fuel efficiency for general work. E (economy mode) improves control and efficiency for light work.
ATTACHMENT FLOW CONTROLThe HX series improves pump flow rate by giving the operator independent control of two pumps. It optimizes flow rate settings according to the attachment type (10 breaker types and 10 crusher types), which is ideal for various applications.
FUEL EFFICIENCYHX series excavators are designed with fuel efficient tier 4 final engines, hydraulic advancements and electronic improvements that improve overall fuel efficiency by as much as 10% compared to the previous series.

INTELLIGENT 8" TOUCHSCREEN MONITORThe 8-inch interactive touchscreen color display - with centralized switches - allows the operator to check and manage most features of machine operation, switches and diagnostics, all in one convenient location.
ADVANCED AUDIO SYSTEMThe audio system includes an AM/FM radio, a USB-based MP3 player, an integrated Bluetooth hands-free feature and a built-in microphone to allow for phone calls while at work and in transit. The audio system controls are located on the right side of the operator for convenient access.
ERGONOMIC CONTROLS & SWITCHESErgonomic controls and switches available for the operator with little effort. Integrated water and dust - resistant switches are integrated into the 8" touchscreen cluster, along with a throttle knob, radio, USB outlet and auxiliary rocker switches located on the right side. Joysticks are contoured for optimal grip and control.
DELUXE OPERATOR'S SEATHX Series excavators feature deluxe operator's seats with air suspension, selectable heat and adjustable arm rests and control consoles. Seats are fully adjustable for maximum operator comfort.
